• Be responsible for the confirmation of mixing station , limestone and gypsum warehouse ; responsible for the transportation of equipment , limestone and gypsum from the mixing station to the belt material in the feeding building ; responsible for equipment hygiene and surface hygiene cleaning and maintenance in the area of feeding building belt ( 410 - BC1 - 4 ) , limestone storage belt ( 412 - WF1 - 4 / 422 - WF3 ) to feeding building belt ( 412 - BC3 ) ; and in coordination with operator ' s operation , assist in urging the electromechanical maintenance worker to handle equipment failure in the area .
• Strictly abide by the company, plant management system, implement the relevant safety technical regulations, seriously and conscientiously perform the duties of this post.
• Participate in the pre - shift meeting and the post - shift meeting in time , obey the shift supervisor ' s work arrangement , accept the supervision and guidance of the shift supervisor; and execute the production instruction of the kiln operator , so as to produce the scene in real reaction .
• Under the leadership of the shift leader , take charge of inspection and daily routine inspection and routine maintenance of the material storage belt ( 410 - BC4 ) , limestone storage belt ( 412 - BC1 ) , gypsum loading belt ( 412 - BC2 ) , and feed weighing ( 412 - WF1 - 4 / 422 - WF3 ) to the feeding building belt ( 412 - BC3 ) ; observe the material level , particle size, moisture , flow rate and running - off leakage and so on ; observe the material level , particle size , moisture , flow rate and running - off leakage ; observe the storage procedures ; and assist the operator to confirm the material transportation path and eliminate the material overflow .
• Responsible for the storage belt (410-BC1-4), the limestone into the belt (211-BC5/412-BC1), the plaster. The feed belt (412-BC2), base station deployment lower feed said (412-WF1-4/422-WF3) (412-BC3) to the feed belt floor area of equipment, facilities and ground clean work; responsible for the discovery and reporting area noise, dust hazard, occupation health factors and affect the safety of the smell, and actively create a safe and civilized production environment occurrence; endanger the life safety emergency scene, is responsible for on-site emergency shutdown.
