• Kiln head Roots fan 311-BL1-2U, primary fan 311-FA4) inspection and routine maintenance; Cooperate with the central control operator to assist the mechanical and electrical maintenance workers in handling the equipment failures in the area to keep the facilities in the area clean and orderly.
• Ensure that problems is detected in good time for immediate action so that the production operation rate is improved.
• Strictly abide by the company, plant management system, implement the relevant safety technical regulations, seriously and conscientiously perform the duties of this post.
• Participate in the pre - shift meeting and the post - shift meeting in time , obey the shift supervisor ' s work arrangement , accept the supervision and guidance of the shift supervisor ; and execute the production instruction of the kiln operator , so as to produce the scene in real reaction .
• Under the leadership of the shift supervisor , take charge of inspection and routine maintenance of main speed reducer ( 311 - MD1 / 311 - LQ1 ) , three - gear supporting wheel ( 311 - KR1 - 3 ) , hydraulic gear wheel ( 311 - KT1 / 311 - LQ2 ) , kiln head seal fan ( 311 - FA1 ) , wheel - belt cooling fan ( 311 - FA2 - 3 ) , kiln head Roots blower ( 311 - FA1 ) , primary fan ( 311 - FA4 ) , etc .
• Cooperate and supervise the maintenance of the equipment in the area by the mechanical and electrical maintenance workers.
• Responsible for the rotary kiln main reducer 311-MD1 / 311-LQ1C, the third gear support wheel 311-KR1-3N, the hydraulic gear block wheel 311-KR1-3, the rotary kiln main gear reducer 311-MD1 / 311-LQ1D(311-KT1 / 311-HS1), dry oil pump (311-KS1 / 311-LQ2), sealing fan (311-FA1).
• Wheel cooling fan 311-FA2-3, drum cooler 311-FX1-9 / 311-FXA-C). Burners system 311-BU1 / 311-BL1-2 / 311-FA4) Regional equipment, facilities, and floor hygiene and cleanliness; Responsible for the detection and reporting of regional noise, dust, odour and other factors affecting occupational health and personal safety risk sources, actively create a safe and civilized production environment; In the event of life-threatening emergency, it is responsible for emergency shutdown.       
• Carefully fill in the record of production and operation of the shift record, record the production health and legacy problems of the shift, and strictly implement the company's handover system.

• Crafts Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or any other relevant qualification
