Ash reamer (217-SC1) and ID fan (310-FN1) inspection; control operator with, to assist in the supervision of maintenance of electromechanical equipment fault in the region, to keep the facilities area clean and orderly.
  
  Strictly abide by the company, plant management system, implement the relevant safety technical regulations, seriously and conscientiously perform the duties of this post.
• Participate in the pre - shift meeting and the post - shift meeting in time , obey the shift supervisor ' s work arrangement , accept the supervision and guidance of the shift supervisor ; and execute the production instruction of the kiln operator , so as to produce the scene in real reaction .
• monitor on duty value under the leadership, responsible for outbound chute (219-AS1-8/219-AS9/219-A-C), kiln bucket (219-BE1) into the lower part of kiln ash reamer (217-SC1) and ID fan (310-FN1) inspection and daily maintenance; pay attention to abnormal sound, level, pressure, flow, temperature, vibration, and other equipment and abnormal smell the phenomenon of leaking, abnormal immediately report; assist the kiln burner head skin clean, with smoke chamber cleaning and preheater accident treatment, cleaning skin must do anti scald and other security measures.
• Cooperate and supervise the maintenance of the equipment in the area by the mechanical and electrical maintenance workers.
• In charge of raw material exit slot 219-AS1-8 / 219-AS9 / 219-A-C) to material into kiln bucket lift 219-BE1)Department, kiln ash reamer 217-SC1) and ID fan 310-FN1) in the area of equipment, facilities and ground hygiene work; Responsible for the detection and reporting of regional noise, dust, odour and other factors affecting occupational health and personal safety risk sources, actively create a safe and civilized production environment; In the event of life-threatening emergency, it is responsible for emergency shutdown.
• Carefully fill in the record of production and operation of the shift record, record the production health and legacy problems of the shift, and strictly implement the company's handover system.
